The Chef.

The adventure begins at the Bistrot de la Marine with living legend of French cuisine Jacques Maximin, then with Chef Fréchon and at Balzac with Pierre Gagnaire "second-in-command for the last 8 years, before opening in the 8th arrondissement "Sa Maison" to a distinguished clientele of connoisseurs in search of unique gastronomic moments.

The house.

Exceptional dishes, fresh products, home-baked breads, all the products are made here. It's a refined cuisine that harmoniously blends classicism with a quest for flavors that leave plenty of room for the product.

Short circuits, fruit and vegetables from sustainable agriculture, "We want to offer a cuisine that reflects the taste of the product, through different proposals. I absolutely wanted to offer a generous menu with 2 possibilities".
