The Chef.
The adventure begins at the Bistrot de la Marine with living legend of French cuisine Jacques Maximin, then with Chef Fréchon and at Balzac with Pierre Gagnaire "second-in-command for the last 8 years, before opening in the 8th arrondissement "Sa Maison" to a distinguished clientele of connoisseurs in search of unique gastronomic moments.

Exceptional dishes, fresh products, home-baked breads, all the products are made here. It's a refined cuisine that harmoniously blends classicism with a quest for flavors that leave plenty of room for the product.

We offer 6 tables and a lounge so we can do quality work while preserving the spirit of a Maison. "We wanted to create a peaceful place where customers could take their time if they wish".
